Hell Ride
Hell Ride raucous is a throwback to the days of the Sergio Leone spaghetti western, with an overcrowding of helping testosterone fuel cutting machine action thrown into the mix. The writer / director Larry Bishop has a third depending on Gunman, head honcho of the victors, a group of cyclists badass who would avenge the killing of one of its members at the hands of the 666ers, a rival gang whose shares height its hellish moniker.
Along with his cohorts, Gent (Deviously portrayed by Michael Madsen) and the mysterious Comanche (Eric Balfour), aims to take the Gunman and Billy Two Wings, threatening leaders of the 666ers, but a riot looms on the horizon when its commitment to benefit is questioned by some of his fellow winners. An even larger story unravels when previously unknown information about Comanche Gunman resurrects ghosts of the past.
Although there is enough sex, violence, machismo and all-out to keep the milling of home fans plastered firmly to their seats, the Bishop of assuming gender strays far from exploitation as he weaves a twist multilayered story of revenge, loyalty , And brotherhood that takes the life of a magnificent whole cast, with memorable performances by Dennis Hopper, Vinnie Jones and David Carradine.
